Suggest Treatment For Fracture In Arm And Wrist

Hi m ravi I mwt with an accident in August in which i got a major fracture in my right hand wrist joint and in my arm during operation a ss plate was placed to join my arm and was advised for physiotherapy but only movent of 60% is recovered but cant get the grip to hold something strongly. I think something is wrong with my wrist bone. Pl advice

I have gone through your query. If you had a neurological injury during the trauma then recovery need long time. A neurologic examination should be carried out to rule out such injury. Nerve conduction study will be helpful in such situation also. Removal of plate will be helpful if it is impinging any nerves. If you send pictures of X ray and further details i can comment on it more. Hope this may help you.
