Hi docor. I am hemavathy from mayiladuthurai.i have been suffering from heavy pain in foot palm from few years.i consulted many doctor.but pain still there.my age 29. Doctor scaned my legs.said ur nerve is damaged now what to do.how to recover from pain.

Judging from your symptoms it could be tarsal tunnel syndrome for which surgery could be necessary. The diagnosis must be confirmed by physical and neuro exam (to exclude other causes) and nerve conduction studies (ENG).
