Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a panic attack. I recommend taking propranolol 40mg half a tab every 6 hours during the flight or Xanax 0.25mg. This will help prevent any panic attacks during this period.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
