I find that I whenever I eat I often have gas build up, there are very few foods that do not give me gas. I also deal with constant constipation and sometime loose bowels. I attend to make an appointment to see a physician soon, however, I m curious if this is something that could be controlled through diet?
hello. You might be suffering from Gastritis. You have to avoid spicy food, oily food. Eat properly at regular intervals. You can follow a regular pattern of diet at fixed intervals. 8am breakfast, 11am light snacks, 1pm lunch, 4pm light snacks, 8pm dinner. Do not take stress. Stress aggravates gastritis and flatulence. Keep a cool mind always. Do exercise, meditation, and have good amount of sleep. All the best
