Suggest Treatment For Fever When Suffering From Splenomegaly
Hi m having fatty infiltration grade2 and spleenomagaly pardon for wrong spelling if done.. And m under medication .. Bt problem is I have a mild fever coming 3 4,times a day.. I don t know if its fever actually its just that my body temp rises.. No weakness no uneasyness bt yeah my eyes does burns sometimes.. Mu cholestrol is high ldl around 200. M having regular healthy diet prescibed a dietician. Bt that body temp is wat bothering me. That stays for around half n hour only thn goes normal again My medicines are: Essentiale L Ursocol 300 And hepasil syrup Shud I take paracetamols for that temp rise??

I really appreciate your concern for the fever Acetaminophen is the drug of choice least concern what is the underlying disease, but temperature should be above 100F, else no need to have any antipyretic ( Paracetamol), hope this information helps, take care.
