I have been running a fever for a week and am always cold. I have neck tenderness and am forgetful and had an anxiety attack. I also have swelling and discharge from my vagina. I urinate frequently and it caused itching on the outside of my vagina. What is wrong? Help me please.

From history it seems that you might be having lower genital tract infection giving rise fever, swelling and abnormal discharge.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Vaginal swab examination will give more precise clue about your infection.
Maintain local hygiene.
