Suggest Treatment For Fever, Stomach Pain And Cough In A 2-year-old
2 year old with fever that started yesterday, ibuprofen helps a few hours but keeps recurring. loss of appetite but intake of fluids is good. complains of occasional stomach pains, has a cough. pulse is elevated, but will not let me take her bp. should I take her for evaluation for flu?

I think your child is suffering from flu. To lower temperature, you can use once paracetamol drug and once Ibuprofen drug.
You can use ketotifen tablet for to relieve dry cough. Also, keep her hydrated and give tea and humidify the environment.
