Suggest Treatment For Fever Of A 4 Month Baby

Hi, My baby is 4 months old .She got her 4 month shots on Thursday and started running a fever of 102.3F Thursday night. I just figured that it was from her getting her shots. She ran a fever of 100.5-102F all day yesterday. Well last night she started to get congested and coughing. She didn't sleep good at all last night and she still has a fever. What all can I do to help get her some relief.

usually children do get fever for two to three days after a shot. but on top the child has developed a respiratory infection and needs to be examined . try giving steam inhalation and fever medicine every sixth hour after you check the temperature. can give nasal saline drops to clear blocked nose. but if symptoms persists please go to the treating doctor
