Suggest Treatment For Fever, Headaches And Stomach Pain

Hi , have had headaches, fever, have been sick, can t hold down fluids, no energy,sleeping,pains in my stomach ever side and rumbles, dizzy and freezing cold, burning up, and now have lower back pain! Not sure what I have ? Just taken pain killers with water not sure what else I can do?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have treatment for fever, headaches and stomach pain . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like sinusitis , gastroenteritis , sunburn , tension headache , irritable bowel syndrome , viral pharyngitis and food poisoning . I would suggest you to stay hydrated with lots of fluid , take benadryl twice a day , avoid food like nuts and sea food and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen . Consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , stool test and take history . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics and anti pyretic . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist or ENT specialist if the problem will be related with gastric or ear .
