Suggest Treatment For Fever, Head Congestion And Earache
I had fever for 5 days with head congestion (did not take temperature) with ear ache. I went to urgent care, the doctor checked my ears, nose and throat in less than five min. He said I did not have an infection, but he prescribed amoxicilin for 10 days. I have not had fever anymore but feel extremely week and nauseated, could it be the amoxycilin?

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of head congestion, fever and earache seems to be due to Viral infection and it is inappropriate diagnosis that you do not have infection as the symptoms are indicative of infection only..
As it seems to be Viral infection Amoxicillin will not resolve the symptoms as antibiotics can oy treat bacterial infection..
As well as nausea and weakness seems to be side effects of Amoxicillin and will resolve gradually as the antibiotics will be stopped..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and also take Acetaminophen for fever..
If there is congestion decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline can help..
Take a nutritious diet, chew A Vitamin C pellet daily. Drink plenty of water and take sufficient rest..
