Hello,

At this age group there are no safe antihistamine medications that can be used.

But I will let you know the danger symptoms are red flag signs when you should know that she will require medical attention.

1. Fast breathing with respiratory rate more than 60 per minute.
2. High-grade fever more than 101 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Feeding difficulty.
4. Grunting.
5. Bluishness of the lips or the fingertips or nail beds.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
