Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills And Fatigue

my husband, who is 52 years old, had been feeling bad for about 7 weeks. His systems are low grade fever, achy body, chills and extremely fatigued. He has been blood and urine tests done and has a UTI with strep and low iron. His doctor said to take iron pills and that s about it. He still feels terrible. Any thoughts.

Hello,

If your fever is mild and you have no other serious symptoms, you don't have to see a doctor. Get plenty of rest and drink plenty of liquids. Sponging your body with lukewarm water or taking a cool shower may help reduce a fever. Cold water, however, may trigger an episode of chills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
