General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

At the out set we can suspect for a joint related infection. He can be re-investigated for reactive arthritis as well. Meanwhile continuing the oral antibiotics and proper diet and fluid care.

Hopefully we can also expect an improvement with the present treatment. For persistence fever and other symptoms, an orthopedic opinion will be better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh Mishra, General & Family Physician
