Suggest Treatment For Fever And Cold

I started feeling like I was getting a cold (sneezing, little sinus pressure, headache) yesterday, but tonight I have a slight fever. Not much nose running or congestion, and am thinking I might have the flu. Wondering if I should look into getting Tami flu or just let this run it's course?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of cold and mild fever are due to upper respiratry tract infection or common cold or can also b due to flu or Influenza..
Both are viral infections and does not resolve with antivirals like Tamiflu and needs to be treated by giving Symptomatic treatment as the infection will gradually resolve on its own once the virus completes its cycle..
You can take Tylenol for fever and generalized body aches..
In case if you are also experiencing cold you can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine, decongestants like Phenylephrine and mucolytics like Ambroxol..
You can do steam inhalations and sip on warm water..
Take sufficient rest and a soft diet..
