Suggest Treatment For Fever And A Skin Rash In Children

My 3 year old has a mild fever and a rash all over his body, some red splotchy patches and others covered in little bumps. These are his only two symptoms and both appeared at the same time. No cough or runny nose, no complaints of head ache or stomach ache. Has a normal appetite and is somewhat tired and crabby but has been playing and acting fine for the most part.

Different viroses can cause fever with rash or red spot into the body especially in children. So my advise to you is: use paracetamol for the temp and warm baths from time to time to help your baby and the situation with turn right in few days. Anyway in case this situation doesn't change you should consult a doctor.
