Hi,

Take Ibuprofen 8 hourly for 5 days, Amoxicillin 8 hours once for 10 days. Do not take alcohol and smoking, try to bring BMI to normal range, 23 or 25. Take Natalin or vitamin C and E (E 800IU / day), omega 3 fatty acids, eating healthy, exercises regularly especially yoga.

Check blood sugar and bring good glycemic control. Take Atorvastatin with check on lipid levels after 2 - 4 weeks and adjust dosage.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
