Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Mouth Ulcers And Vitamin B12 Deficiency
I am 48 yrs old and have been having health isues my family doctor says B12 levels were off and creatine/bun levels I have had this thick mucas and sores in my mouth that are very painful I am weak and no enegfy and have lost 30lbs since November what is your opinion?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
Well, fatigue and mouth sores are common symptoms seen in individuals with Vitamin B 12 deficiency and in case of you are already diagnosed with Vitamin B 12 deficiency, you can start taking Vitamin B 12 supplements both orally and injection under supervision of your Physician..
To reduce pain in Mouth sores gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.. Gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and Benadryl.. Soda bicarb gargles can help.. Avoid spicy and hard foods.. Such ice pops and do cool water rinses for reducing inflammation and pain...
But in case of your creatinine and BUN levels are higher than normal then it is an alarming condition as it points towards kidney disease and you need to take immediate management steps for the same.. So consult a Nephrologist soon and get evaluated..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
