Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms of feeling unwell for about a couple of months; flu like symptoms, extreme fatigue, lack of appetite are indicating for possible organic problems related to liver or your internal organs (as you are also having a dull ache on your left side towards your back over the hip).

You say to have already done an ultrasound and MRI without mentioning the results. It could be great if I had the results so I could analyze the morphology of the internal organs.

Further blood tests are required:
- complete blood count to rule out anemia or any blood disorder
- liver/kidney/pancreas function test
- urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection/inflammation/stones
- blood electrolytes to check for respective imbalances

After having examined all these data we can determine the right diagnosis and treatment strategy.

For the moment, I suggest to :
- have your meals regularly
- take pain killers to ease the pain
- increase fluids intake especially when it comes to plain water
- take multivitamin supplements

Hope this helps.
