hello i m 25 yrs/ fm / African american old i have family history of lupus, i ve for the past year been experiencing sever fatigue, muscle pain just body pain in general. but the reason I ve decided to ask a doctor online was because i m embarrassed by the other symptom the one that stands out to the public i have a two year stretch has never gone away completely I ve used many fungus creams silver cream it just look like dry patches on my face, but some days i feel some sensation in the most affected patch on my left cheek i have another on the right side jaw bone (which seems to have turned into a scar that was the first one patch) as well as one on right side chin the skin dries flakes then peel the one on my chin has a burning sensation when touched in the begin not today at this moment the most affected one on my left cheek bone under eye caused some pain was skin was folded I ve had this problem for way too long and I ve been to a doctor that told me it was going to be fine if i put athlete foot cream which i needed in the past but i was 16 and this rash was indeed skin fungus and this looks like the last stage before the healing process with that episode but i just want some kind of answers if you have any, have seen something similar to this
