Suggest Treatment For Extreme Tiredness

i am always tired. i can come home from school and go to bed around five and sleep till the next morning till my alarm goes off, and if i try and stay up i cant keep my eyes open past 8 o clock, im seventeen , eat well, exersice...i dont know what else to do?

Well come to HCM
This is not because of any disease but could be due to exertion, and general weakness, eat properly drink plenty off water, try to be happy, cheer up do some exercise, stop worrying every thing would be fine soon, take care.
