Suggest Treatment For Extreme Tiredness

Hi, I had a mini stroke in December 2015 and a PFO closure in march this year. I am on aspirin and Plavix. My question relates to brain zaps which I am experiencing frequently throughout the day as well as extreme tiredness. What can cause the brain zaps

Hello,
Eventhough I couldn't come to a conclusive diagnosis of your condition I will suggest some pointers that might be helpful.
Brain zap's are frequently due to anxiety. It is more of a withdrawal symptom than a side effect. If you had been taking any anti anxiety medicines in the recent past and have reduced its dosage or discontinued, then it might be a cause.
The tiredness might be due to either generalized decreased oxygenation of your blood after clousre of PFA.
If you are feeling anxious or stressed over some issues then depression might also precipitate similar symptoms.
