Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue And Joints Pain In The Shoulders

My Japanese friend lived in the USA from 2001-2008. In 2008 while still living in the Pacific NW she began having extreme fatigue. She moved back to Japan and has been sick since. Her doctor believes that she has CFS. My question is in regards to her fever. She ran 39 degrees C (102 F) for nearly five years. Now she hovers around 38C. Her fatigue is still extreme - but slowly improving. She can stand and move around her apartment now. She cannot manage normal life. She has trigger point pain between her shoulders, also.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may require detailed evaluation including complete blood count, vitamin B12, RA factor after physician consultation. Till then you can take tablet Acetaminophen and multivitamin.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
