Suggest Treatment For External Hemorrhoids Causing Pain And Discomfort

I am getting pain in external hemhoroide , in the last ten days I was sitting in the venue to attend the training and after that in my anus I saw a bulged thing that make pain on me. I am 40 years old, my height is 1 and 73 and a weight of 75 kg.I am taking anti hypertension medicne

I have gone through your query. You can sit baths and apply hemorrhoid ointment. Ointments containing hydrocortisone and anesthetic like cinchocaine can be used. Stool softeners should be used to relieve constipation. If there is no improvement then a consultation with a general surgeon should be done. Surgical correction might be required in such case.
