Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your confer. Excessive sweating, tiredness, lack of appetite, weakness, multiple body pains, headaches etc can occur due to a number of reasons. Medical causes like iron deficiency anaemia, B12 deficiency, abnormal thyroid hormone levels should be ruled out first.

Depression can also cause similar symptoms and proper evaluation is needed. Visit a doctor for help and evaluation.

Thanks, Hope this helps. Take care
