Suggest Treatment For Excess Acidity In The Stomach And Digestive Problem

Sir I have intestinal and acidity problem since 14 years. My intestines always seems tight when I touch them. When I wake up in morning my stomach seems full. When i take medicine i feel relief but after quitting the medicines the problem comes to the as it was earlier. Please help me.

it can be seviour acidity h pylori infection. take bland diet restrain from alcohol and smoking. avoid hot tea and cofee.donot take fast food.avoid deep fried food. take tab omiprazol and polycrolgel and tab uni enzyme.
