Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi..I am a 24 yrs old man having a perfect health condition..But whenever I eant to have sex with my gf i can t get erected properly and the erection doesn t last long enough to complete the insertion. But i hv no problem in erection during masturbation or morning erection.I dont think its psychological though.Am i having serious ED issues?? I maintain a good health with exercise,low fat food and 6hours of sleep everyday..Pls help
