Two treatment options are there. One is medicines in which sildenafil or tadalafil can be used just before intercourse. Before taking it your blood pressure should be checked. If high, avoid sildenafil as far as possible. These medicines can cause headache as side effects normally. Second option is counselling for sex. Couple counseling will be more helpful. Master and johnson technique is taught by qualified sexologist or psychiatrist. Considering your age I think you will not be in need of medicines.Consult doctor with your wife if feasible.
