Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi doctor
My penis is bent towards downwards and also slightly towards left when it is errect. Exaclty like big bannana.
I face problem in having sex life, also what should be the position of penis to be kept in the undeis. As it pains if it get hard as the alignment is not proper as told above.
Help me how to get it straight and get out of this situation.

Thanks for query .You have not mentioned your age in your query.

The curvature of the penis downwards needs to be evaluated by a qualified Urologist .

It can be due to one of the following two factors
1) Disparity in length of Tunica Albugenia a sheath that envelopes erectile tissue on Dorsal and Ventral side of penis .
2) Presence of a calcified plaque in shaft of the penis .


Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Ultrasound scanning of penis .

If the curvature of the penis is less than 5 degree no treatment is required .However if he curvature is more than 25 degree and poses difficulty in penetration of vagina it needs to bet corrected by a surgical procedure called Placation of Tunica Albugenia .
