Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I have got severe problem of Erectile Dysfunction and it is since the days of my childhood seems as i used to masturbate a lot in my childhood. Unable to have sex properly with my partner as my penis is not hard at all and becomes loose in 3 to 4 seconds. I have got high BP and taking Telma 40 and Atenolol 25 mg but my cardiologist suggested to stop antenolol and suggested to increase Telma 40 bd but even i stopped Atenolol for the last 3 months but no releif in my ED problem. Please suggest me what all the tests i need to go through and what is the remedy for the same

It may be due to performance anxiety. You can take tablet Sildenafil one hour before sexual act after consultation. You may require blood sugar level, electrocardiogram, testosterone level check up after consultation to rule out any other possibilities.

Take proper rest. Take balanced diet. Avoid strenuous activity. Foreplay will also help. Discusses issues with your partner.
