Every time I get aroused my penis stays relatively soft, but a lump of some sort appeares in the gooch area above my penis tubes . This lump starts from by by bum and runs through my gooch area and get really hard, then will disappear after a while but will come back again when I m next aroused. Iv had a ultra sound scan, blood and urine tests but they have all come back clear. It seems to have blocked or clogged my breathing as I can t sniff clearly or smell basic things.
