Hello, Sir
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your query in detail.
The symptoms in your case are directly related to the bladder infection. This can cause significant erectile dysfunction. As you are operated three months ago, there can be possibilities of residual infection. Considering your symptoms it's advisable to get few important investigations before proceeding towards treatment. These include complete urinary examination and ultrasound abdomen to rule out residual organic abnormalities if any. Significant side effects can occur with regards to the prescribed medications, but many would subside in the due course of time. I generally prescribe a short course of oral antibiotics and drugs like tadalafil to improve your erectile dysfunction. You need to consult your operating surgeon and a General physician for further expert guidance. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
