General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to performance anxiety.

For that, you can take a tablet sildenafil one hour before the sexual act.

Along with that avoid stress.

Take a balanced diet and proper rest.

Avoid strenuous activity and smoking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
