Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Aortic Pulmonary Valve

I recently had a chest x-ray taken to check for pneumonia. No pneumonia, but it did say something like window of aortic pulmonary valve seems to be enlarged. It also mentioned could be suspect of pulmonary hypertension but then said no cardio pulmonary process. They saw this abnormality two years ago and no change. Should I be concerned. My doctor has never mentioned this to me so maybe it s no big deal.
