Hi,

Encephalopathy has many causes. Hence, md medicine is needed may be opinion of a neurologist. Moreover, government medical colleges have all doctors. Join online OMBW 'Art of Living' course when he recovers and comes to his proper senses then he can do it. It seems to recover fast from encephalopathy when combined with medicine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
