General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What dermatologist has told is right - there is no cure for eczema but you can bring down the symptoms and prevent its recurrence.
Kindly clean the area everyday with warm water and mild soap solution. After drying, apply skin cream containing Clobetasol, Salicylic acid and Zinc oxide.
Wear loose fitting cloths and avoid friction with skin in the affected area.
As lesions starts to heal, apply only cream containing zinc oxide to prevent its recurrence.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
I find this answer helpful
