Hello,

Chronic use of topical steroid can cause thinning of the skin (skin atrophy) and consequent hair loss (alopecia). Pinkish colour is due to erythema/vasodilatation.

Contact allergy also can cause irritation. It is better to discontinue clobetasol lotion and wait for the reversal of skin changes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
