I am having itching on my foot and the doctor said its eczema but can t get any relief itching occurs twice or thrice in a day and it is so severe that I feel like peeling off my skin what should I the skin becomes red and turns black later on. Can I use clonate f

If it is restricted to your foot only then it is possible that it may be due to something that is coming into contact with the area or due to dryness of the skin
Contact with any chemical such as soaps, detergents etc or material from socks, shoes though it would be unusual for this to occur in one area only.

Clonate can be used , it is strong however and you would need to use a small amount.
Persistent itching of any area can cause thickening and blackening of the skin.

You may want to consider skin or allergy testing to determine the exact cause of the itching
