Suggest Treatment For Early Morning Vomiting,nausea And Small Intestine Dysfunction

I m 22yearz old girl....I m suffering from early morning vomiting nausea for past 7years. I had taken endoscopy fews years before it showS lax lex. Doctor didnt tak it seriously me to .Past 2years I have sever vomiting nausea gallbladder dysfunction and decrease function in small intestine and I m taking psychiatrist drugs. Fews days before finally diagnose everything happng become of lax les. Past 6,7im struggling with this....whether it will cure by tablets .how long to take tablets.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 22 year old girl suffering from morning nausea and vomiting for the past 7 years, no one is taking seriously. Had upper GI endoscopy which showed lax lower esophageal sphincter. There is added gall bladder dysfunction, decreased function of small intestine and you are taking Psychiatry medicines.
These medicines can cause gastroparesis as the result/inadvertent side effects.
I would advise you first to consult the Doctor who prescribed you the psychiatry medication, discuss with him and may be ask for change over to another medication which can not cause gastroparesis like symptoms.
Consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations so that surgery for the lower esophageal sphincter can be planned after evaluating whether this will help and if yes, go ahead for surgery .
