ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
There seems to be infection in the ears and due to inflammation there is pain .
It is better if you consult an ENT specialist to get examined and for advice of antibiotic.
Anibiotics are required in addition anti inflammtory medicines like ibuprofen and diclofenac would help.
Or there could be wax in the ears.
If on examination there is wax in the ears then wax need to be removed. Sometimes wax is present and which gets swells up by the water which goes in the ears while taking bath.
In doubt do reply.
