Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

As you said that you are having ear ache and loss of hearing for last one week. At present your throat is also not clear and some infection in there because hard green phlegm is comming out in coughing.

By your this clinical story it apears as you are having sore throat that has obstructed the pharyngeal end of eustachian tube. This had ultimately developed negative pressure in middle ear which is felt by you as blocked and deaf ear.

To get relief you should take-

1- Aceclofenac + Paracetamol.

2- Steam inhalation and warm saline gargling.

3- Anti histaminic / decongestant.

4- Adequate fluid orally.

5- Antibiotic ( preferably broad spectrum).

Probably you will feel better with above treatment otherwise consultation with ENT doctor will become necessary as to avoid complications.

Regards.
