Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin On The Penis Shaft
I have a patch of raw skin near the base of my penis shaft. It s been there for about a year, and gets worse at times and kind of fades away. Sometimes it gets scaley white dried skin on top of it, and it oftentimes itches, but it s not always bothersome. How do I make it go away?
