General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First, we should make sure you are not using any illicit drug. If you're clear, then, should consult further with your caring doctor to rule out liver issues. A few diagnostic tests are recommended including:
- Complete blood count
- Diabetes testing
- Liver/kidney function tests
- Blood electrolytes
Discuss it further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
