Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Itchiness In The Throat

Hi my sinus and allergies started two days ago. About a day ago i woke up with a dry bad cough n itchy throat. When i cough sometimes its like mucus comes up. I took my regular sinus cough medicine. But today i notice two white/clear bumps on the right n left side of my tongue. Should i be pantic because i am?????

Read and understood your problems related to the allergy.
The developed bumps on the tongue of short duration should not be worried about.
The reasons are.
Enlarged lingual tonsils
Foreign body granulomas
Or possibly developing aphthous ulcers.
Definitely not cancerous.
I would suggest you the following:
Take your regular antiallrgic medicines
Steroids for antiallergy property and antiinflammatory actions to get an early relief.
Antibiotics cover is always preferred.
