Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Congested Nose
i have a dry cough, congested nose, and drainage. my sore throat started tuesday and stopped around friday which is the day i lost my voice. my voice has been gone from friday and is still gone. i can either whisper or talk really loud in a really deep voice. is this just a cold ? or should i go to the doctor ?
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having dry cough with congested nose. These symptoms indicate upper respiratory tract infection and requires treatment by the use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs and anti-cold drugs. The involvement of voice indicates laryngitis and requires treatment by lozenges, salt water gargling and voice rest.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Thank you With regards
