Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic

Going by way of weight nd length she is on right track. There is no evidence to suggest failure to thrive.

Respiratory infection and persistent respiratory infection are quite common. If the baby is accepting feeds well, respiration is normal, sleeps well after feeds then there is no cause for concern.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
