Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea And Abdominal Pain

I last had sex in March,in April I missed periods. In May i had periods which lasted for 2 days. In June i had a 1 day period, very weak. I have dizziness, nausea, abdominal pains. The tester results are negative, the doctor said its infection. I used doctors medication but still this did not stop. Now I can feel some movements in my tummy. Help me doc, am very much confused, can I be pregnant?

Hi

Instead of doing hit and miss, its always good to get a sonography done

For your pain in our OPD setups we prescribe Tab Pantoprazole 40mg + domperidone 10mg BD before meals, and Tab Hyosine BD.

It can be a missed abortion, as having one day period will more of count as bleeding than a period, also content is important too.

Get a UPT, and USG done
