Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Chronic Fatigue And Leg Cramps

Greetings, I am having issues with dizziness, chronic fatigue, excessive sweating and then leg cramps. I did see a doctor today but forgot to mention the leg cramps. Occasionally, the cramps with wake me up and they sometime lead to a chronic Charlie horse in the calf area? What can be done about this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient,

Muscle cramps, especially those in the legs, are usually caused by a disturbance in the electrolyte balance, which in turn cause a muscle cramps and pain.
I would recommend you to drink a lot of water and fluids, and consume bananas and fruits which are a source of potasium, usually the electrolyte causing all the problems.
This will also help to stabilize your blood pressure, which together with the electrolyte imbalance seems like the most probable cause of dizziness and chronic fatigue.

I wish you health,
Eni Manoku, M.D.
