Hello! I read your question and understand your concern.
I think that there is nothing to worry about. All the symptoms you describe are common symptoms of anxiety. A chronic anemia can Be the cause of fatigue. I would like to know if you have ever measured your blood pressure because a low blood pressure can also cause dizziness that improves in lying position.
I would recommend you to have a full blood work for anemia and tyroid function tests.
If everything normal it is just anxiety.
Hope to have been of help!
Greetings!
