Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath

a recent ekg shows incomplete rbbb. I am 65 but do not have any lung or heart problems except high Bl pressure that is under controll. My doctor said we would retest in 2 yrs but watch for dizziness or shortness of breath. My father died suddenly of ventricular fibrillation and I wonder if I shouldn t have other tests. Should I be worried?

Hello. Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Incomplete RBBB is a relatively common finding in ecg and doesn't have much significance. So don't worry regarding that.

Kindly go for 2 d echo study. It will show pumping capacity of heart and other abnormalities if any. You don't have to worry much if your echo is also normal. So don't worry.

Ventricular fibrillations are life threatening but doesn't mean it runs in family. So don't worry regarding that...

Thankyou.
Have a nice day.
