Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Chest Discomfort

43 years old, recent erectile dysfunction issues. Poor circulation in feet and hands, slight dizziness at times. Nurse at work listened to my heart and said she could clearly hear murmur that I have had my whole life. She says I need to get an echo cardio gram done. I also have chest discomfort at times. I have a feeling that it may be congestive heart failure?

HI
Well come to HCM
For the murmur you need to get it confirm because if this is really heart disease then your symptoms of dizziness could be due to this, erection problem could be due to depression and anxiety, this is not the poor circulation and forget about this, in my opinion your main concern would be heart murmur and this need to be confirmed and for that better get done the ECHO test, have a nice day.
